We undertake an initial 10 minute movement assessment to understand your mobility and flexibility.
Step 3
Your personalised session
We provide the final 35~ minutes of the initial session focussing on your key areas, whether it's upper body, lower back and/or legs.

Who usually get's a stretch session?
Desk workers and athletes are often the most common people who look for assisted stretch therapy. Although this is also a service served to anyone wanting to move better.
How often should I have sessions?
This depends entirley on you. We have clients who come weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. Some equally come as they please. For best results, once every couple of weeks is a decent frequency.
Does it make my muscles sore?
There is some levels of soreness which may come after sessions, especially early on, so do bear caution if you have an event 1-2 days after your first session.
What should I wear t a session?
Something which is comfortable but also you can acheive respectable range of motion in. For example, gym kit is often a good choice. Jeans may be a little more limiting.
