One-to-one athlete flexibility and mobility coaching in Lincoln. Identify exactly what's restricting you (and fix it).
You're working hard, your body isn't keeping up
You train consistently
But something always feels restricted. Tight hips, a stiff back, shoulders that won't open up fully.
You've already tried it
You've tried foam rolling. You've stretched after sessions. It helps temporarily. The restriction always comes back.
It hasn't worked before
That's because you're treating the symptom, not the pattern. Without knowing exactly which movements are limited and why, you're guessing.
We find exactly what's holding you back.
At Stretchrooms we use our Movement Performance Assessment, a scored twelve-point mobility screen that identifies exactly which flexibility restrictions are limiting your performance and recovery. Every programme is built around your individual score, not a generic template.
3 Easy Steps
Three steps to moving better
Ongoing flexibility and mobility coaching sessions can be from between 30 and 60 minute sessions, depending on your needs, situation and goals.
Step 1
Book your Movement Performance Assessment
We score your mobility across twelve movement tests and identify your primary restrictions in a 45-minute session.
Step 2
Receive your personalised results
You leave with your Movement Performance Assessment score, scored against our Recovery Code methodology and written up specifically around your results.
Step 3
Move better. Perform at your best.
Work through your programme with optional ongoing coaching to track your score and progressively improve your movement.
Start with an assessment
Everything begins with a 45-minute Movement Performance Assessment: a 12-point mobility session scored against our Recovery Code methodology. From there, you decide how often you want to work together.
